Tango Dawn is a lively blend of out smoky Ethiopian Yergacheffe and spicy smooth beans from El Salvador.  There is real chemistry between these two, because what happens is a balanced mild roast with woody undertones and a bit of savory bite.  Very tasty and proof positive that it takes two to Tango.
